Local BPA-ers compete at national level in nation's capital
A record number of students Anoka-Hennepin School District qualified for the BPA National Competition in Washington, DC Here we see the team members of Anoka High School: Heather Pehlke, Brielle Steenerson Annette Ruiz, Sara Robinson, Cody Mathisen, Nhat Phuong Nguyen, David and Hervé. The competition in the categories eclectic and concise, 27 District 11 students of business acumen and has achieved positive results, bringing pride to welcome many more hard-earned and well deserved celebrating their 15 minutes of fame.

Also representative Champlin Park High School, the design team websites (Jerith Bixler Tanner Chergosky Andy Zyvoloski Kootaws and Yang), he toured as a finalist event.
Anoka High School Cody Mathisen, competition in the basics of web design nationals in the event, finished in the top 10.
Getting ready for nationals
Much research and investigation and many hours of rehearsal team prepared for nationals, "said Anoka High School students and BPA National qualifier Sara Robinson.
Teammate Heather Pehlke agreed. "Whow how committed and hard work these students are," said Councillor Anoka High BPA-Jaroscak Laura Bement.
"It is such an honor to advance to nationals," said Bement-Jaroscak."Three thousand students pass the state and 23 states are represented at nationals, so that those students who went to nationals are the cream of the crop," she said.
About BPA
BPA reciting the pledge, "We gather in a spirit of friendship and goodwill as we prepare for a career in a world-class workforce," BPA-tors participate in club preparation for professional careers of men business and affairs.
According to its website, the mission of BPA is to "contribute to the preparation of a world-class workforce through the advancement of leadership, citizenship, academic, and technological skills."

"We're in EPS because we want to move to a type of business-related jobs. This is the best training, the best exposure you can get this kind of environment without being already in business, "said Cody Mathisen.
